Eurecia integration lets you synchronize your collaborators, absences and teleworking between your Semana workspace and your HRIS.
1. Setting up the integration.
In order to be activated, Eurecia integration requires three pieces of information. All these elements can be found in your Eurecia account settings:
API Key: Admin Area > General Settings > Companies > Settings. Once on the Settings tab, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in the API (web-services) section.
Company ID: go to the [...] tab. Simply copy the unique identifier.
Base URL: this does not change according to the Eurecia account, so you can copy it directly from this article: https://api.eurecia.com.
For more information on the API key, here's Eurecia's documentation on the subject: API Documentation - Eurecia
2. Synchronization with Semana.
A. How integration works.
You also need to check the boxes corresponding to the type of integration you want.
We currently offer two types of integration:
- User synchronization.
- Vacation synchronization
Once you've ticked the appropriate boxes, click on Save and Semana will activate the integration with Eurecia.
The reservation synchronization period runs from 6 weeks in the past to 6 weeks in the future.
Synchronization takes place once a day overnight. Statuses are retrieved for the full day and half-day.
B. Collaborator synchronization.
Collaborator synchronization enables you to synchronize your Eurecia users with Semana. If activated, users added to Eurecia will be automatically transferred to Semana the day after they are added to Eurecia.
For collaborators already existing in Semana, the accounts will be recognized and synchronized, provided the e-mail is identical, and no duplicates will be generated. It is not possible to synchronize an administrator account.
C. Absence synchronization.
Absences are synchronized between Eurecia and Semana. This means that when collaborators enter a day of leave in Eurecia, it will be transferred to Semana.
All leave entered in Eurecia will appear in Semana as Absence, the reason being to enable collaborators to keep the reason for their absence confidential.
