This guide will quickly present you how to install the Payfit integration.
The first part will provide detailed information necessary for the proper functioning of the Payfit integration.
The second part will explain the different possibilities offered by this integration in terms of collaborator synchronization and transmission of information regarding reservations.
1. Activating the integration.
To activate the integration, administrator consent is required. For this, the person in charge of setting up the integration must be an administrator on both Semana and Payfit. Then, they must go to Admin > Integration and click on Connect to the Payfit portal.
Next, simply select Allow to grant Semana access to the necessary information for the integration to work.
2. Synchronization with Semana.
A. User synchronization.
By activating user synchronization, you will be able to import employees from Payfit. Employees who exist in Payfit but not in Semana will be created, while collaborators who do not exist in Payfit will be disabled in Semana.
For synchronization to work, the e-mail address entered by the collaborator in Payfit must be identical to the e-mail address entered in Semana.
For employees in Semana who are synchronized with Payfit, their provisioning status will change from "No" to "Yes". This means that these employees are linked to the Payfit database and any changes made in Payfit will be reflected in Semana.
Finally, it is not possible to activate user synchronization if there is already synchronization with another integration.
For example, if synchronization between Semana and Google is activated, it will not be possible to synchronize Payfit and Semana without disabling the synchronization with Google.
B. Absence synchronization.
Absence synchronization allows you to import leave information from Payfit as absence days in Semana.
Please note that this is not continuous synchronization, but it occurs once a day, during the night. Therefore, it is normal that the days are not imported immediately after setting up the integration.
