This guide will quickly show you how to install the Silae integration in Semana.
In the first part, we'll give you the information you need to get the Silae integration up and running.
In the second part, we'll explain the different possibilities offered by this integration in terms of synchronizing collaborators and transmitting booking information.
- 1. Activate integration
- 2. Synchronization with Semana.
- 2.1 User synchronization.
- 2.2 Absence synchronization.
1. Activate integration
To activate Silae integration, you need four pieces of information:
- Your Client ID.
- Your Client Secret.
- Your Folder Name
- Your Subscription Key
2. Synchronization with Semana.
2.1 User synchronization.
By enabling user synchronization, you can import collaborators from Silae. Collaborators that exist in Silae but not in Semana will be created, while collaborators that do not exist in Silae will be deactivated in Semana.
For collaborators in Semana synchronized with Silae, their provisioning will change from "No" to "Yes". This means that this collaborator is linked to the Silae database, and any changes made in the latter will be carried over to Semana.
Finally, it is not possible to activate the synchronization of collaborators if a synchronization already exists with another integration.
For example, if a synchronization between Semana and Google is activated, it will not be possible to synchronize between Silae and Semana without deactivating the synchronization with Google.
2.2 Absence synchronization.
Absence synchronization allows you to import vacations entered in Silae as absence days in Semana.
To do this, simply add the list of Silae vacations you wish to import. In this way, every day off entered in Silae with an account linked to Semana will be imported into the user calendar.
Please note that this is not a continuous synchronization, but one that takes place once a day overnight. It is therefore normal for days not to be imported immediately after integration.
