This guide will quickly show you how to install the Slack integration.
The goal of this integration is to allow employees to directly declare their telecommuting week via an application available in your Slack workspace. It is also possible to set up weekly reminders

In the "Settings" menu, go to the "Integration" tab and select the "Slack" application. You will then be redirected to a portal asking you to access your Slack workspace.
Click on "Allow" to finalize the integration. A success message will appear and offer you to open Semana in Slack.
To disable the integration, go to Semana and click "Log out".

Once in Slack, you will see that a Semana channel is now available among your apps.
You'll be able to fill in your week by selecting :
- Office Day (if you're face-to-face).
- Remote Day (if you're remote).
- Day Off.
Before you choose, you are by default in Not Defined.
Every recording made in Slack will be carried over to Semana and vice versa.
An icon is associated with each available choice.
- In the office :
- Remote day :
- Away :
- Unassigned :
Depending on whether you are in the office or remote, the icon will be next to your name and will change according to your choice, allowing you to easily see who among your collaborators is present.
In order to have access to this status icon, you must go on "Setting" and activate the Status Sync.
You can also activate a weekly reminder so you never forget to remember to book your week.
