Slack integration gives you access to a specific Semana application for your Slack environment.
1. Installing the Slack integration.
A. Installation in Semana.
To activate the Slack integration in Semana, go to Admin > Integration and Connection in the Slack brick.
Please note that the person performing the Slack integration must have the same e-mail address in Semana as in Slack. The person must also be an administrator of your organization's Slack space.
A Slack administration window will then appear, displaying the rights that the Semana application will have on your Slack space. Click on Accept to finalize the integration.
B. Installation from Slack.
Directly from the Application part of your Slack environment, simply search for the Semana application and click on Add.
2. Semana application
A. In-app booking.
Once you're in Slack, you'll see that a Semana application is now available among your applications.
You can book all the statuses available on your Semana space directly from the application, by the full day or half-day.
These reservations can be made for the current week and the following week.
For each day, you can view the reservations of your favorites. If, by default, you view the bookings of your favorites, you can also view the bookings of members of a community.
You can activate status synchronization via the Semana application settings. This will have the effect of displaying the label associated with your Semana status automatically to the right of your name in your Slack environment.
B. Slack notifications.
You can set up notifications directly in Slack instead of email notifications. The two notifications available on Slack are:
- Weekly reminder.
- Weekly summary.
