1. How to make a half-day reservation ?
1.1 Booking via the calendar
Once the option has been activated by your account administrator, you will always have the possibility to make your reservation for one day but also to make a reservation for half a day.
To do so, select the day you wish to make your reservation and click on the small switch at the top right of the reservation window.
Via this sub-menu, you can make your reservation for the morning and for the afternoon via the three options: "Office", "Remote" and "Absent".
1.2 Reservation via the floor plan.
When selecting an office on the floor plan, you will see a switch named "day". This is the default booking mode. By clicking on it, you will switch to "half day" mode.
You can then, as on the "My Calendar" tab, make a different reservation between morning and afternoon. This choice will be reflected on the floor plan. Indeed, if the office is only booked for the morning, the left part of the circle will be the only one filled with the employee's photo. Similarly, if the office is only booked for the afternoon, then the right side of the circle will be filled.
If the employee decides to come to the office in the morning and in the afternoon but at different places, he will have two buttons allowing him to access the two different places in order to find his way on the map.
2. Reservation reminder.
With the active half-days, this information is also reflected in the reservation reminders. On the reminder email, there is now a "morning" and an "afternoon" column. Moreover, for reservations via Slack, by checking the "half days" option, you can also put a different icon depending on your reservations. Until 12:00, the icon displayed corresponds to the morning icon, then switches to the afternoon icon.
