You can easily locate your colleagues in Semana using the search bar on the calendar and the floor plan.

Calendar Search

On the calendar, you can search for colleagues' bookings by entering colleagues, communities, and groups in your search bar.

When a colleague is included in your search, you can see their bookings for the week. To remove a colleague from your search, simply click on the cross on the right side of their name.

By default, you can view the reservations in your favorites. To find out more about favorites, click here : My Favorites

You also have access to advanced search.

By default, this advanced search will allow you to display all active colleagues in your space with one click.

But you also have several filters at your disposal. You can filter your search by:

• Communities.
• Groups.
• Status (all colleagues present in the office on Monday, for example).
• Default buildings and floors.
• Managers.

Each new advanced search will be added to the previous one. If you want to replace your old search with a new one, simply select "Replace my search".

Locate on the Floor Plan

From the Plan tab, the search bar is now a button called "Locate".

Its functionality is the same as the search bar on the calendar. Additionally, you can locate your colleagues based on your search, whether they are on the currently displayed floor plan or on other plans.

For administrators and managers, it is now possible to book a desk for a colleague by simply dragging them from the "Locate" tab to an available desk.
