The Booking Algorithm

To make booking offices as pleasant as possible, Semana has an algorithm that learns from your placement habits. 

If you are attached to a community, when you first reserve a desk, the algorithm will randomly place you on a desk assigned to the same community as you. If you are not attached to a community, you will be placed on an unassigned desk. 

But this place may not correspond to reality, so you can change it by going to the "Floor Plan" tab. Once you have repositioned yourself correctly, if you make reservations automatically, the algorithm will put you back on the same position. 

Be aware, however, that if an attendance policy (e.g. fixed days) is set up before your position is corrected, the algorithm will give you the position that existed before you made the change. Also, if your desk is assigned to another community, your reservations will be moved to a new desk.
