From Calendar or Home, a reservation of Office status in Semana is systematically accompanied by the reservation of a place on one of the plans. You are then placed on the plan via the Semana's algorithm. If this is your first booking, you will be randomly placed on the plans.
From now on, you can select one or more favorite places in Semana, and be automatically placed on them.
Setting up favorite resources.
To select a favorite place, go to Plan and select a desk or zone. When you open the reservation window, you'll be able to check a small star to define this office as a favorite.
You can select several resources as favorites. To make it easier to locate them on the map, your favorite resources appear with a small star.
How booking with favorites works.
Now that you've set up your favorites, every reservation you make from Home, Calendar or preferred week will reserve your favorite resources, provided it's available. If it's not available, then the second favorite desktop will be chosen, or, if no other favorites exist, the algorithm will take care of placement.
If your favorite desk is the one reserved by Semana, then a green notification will be displayed:
