There are two categories of reservations in Semana: manual reservations and automatic reservations.
Automatic reservations are those made from policies and week preferences.
Policies
Planning allows you to set up automatic reservations for communities, sub-communities and collaborators.
These can be set up by administrators for all members of the Semana space. Managers can also set up schedules but only for the collaborators they manage.

When reservations are made from a schedule, a small red icon is displayed with the reservation. Even though they were created by an administrator or a manager, the collaborator can modify these reservations. Once modified, the planning icon will disappear.
The Weekly Preferences
Each user of Semana has the possibility to set up a week scheme.
These are reservations that recur every week.
If these recurrences can be set up directly by the collaborator, they must respect the rules set by the manager or the administrator. For example, if the planning of a collaborator indicates that he has to come to the office on Monday, he will not be able to set a remote working recurrence on Monday.

Reservations from recurrences are marked with a small yellow icon. As for the reservations from a planning, these can be modified, which will imply a disappearance of the associated icon.
