In addition to managing the settings, being an administrator on Semana gives you access to one specific tool: Dashboard.
You can access this menu by clicking on its icon on the left.
The Dashboard.
The "Dashboard" allows you as an administrator to consult the occupancy rate of each floor and the attendance rate of each community.
This gives you access to graphs that allow you to adjust your flex-office policy.
Dashboard settings.
For an efficient dashboard you need :
- A start and end date to serve as time limits.
- Choose between data in values or percentages.
The dashboard is by default set to show you the data of your entire workspace.
However, it is possible to target a specific building (if your workspace has more than one) or a specific floor.
Available graphics.
In the "Dashboard" menu you will find four graphs, two concerning the floors and two concerning the communities.
- Floors:
- Office occupancy.
- Weekly average of the office occupancy rate.
- Communities:
- Attendance.
- Average weekly attendance.
