Bank Holidays

You can automatically block public holidays for the collaborators in your Semana workspace.

Workspace Calendar.

To set up the public holidays in Semana, go to Admin > Workspace.

You can then activate the Holiday status. Upon activation, Semana will ask you to select the calendar corresponding to your workspace, that is, the list of public holidays applicable in your region.

Once activated, the public holidays will automatically apply to the concerned days from the next day onwards.

Collaborators' Calendars.

For Semana workspaces that cover multiple countries, you can set up different calendars from the workspace one. To do this, go to Admin > Collaborator. You can then edit the collaborators' calendar by clicking on the Edit button and choosing the calendar corresponding to this collaborator. Note that you can make bulk modifications and change calendars via CSV file import.
