In addition to the administrator portal for configuring your Semana space, administrators have access to the Dashboard menu. This page lets you view the occupancy rate of each floor and the attendance rate of each community.
1. Dashboards.
A. Dashboard settings.
The Semana dashboard consists of 4 different tables. By default, the display of these tables corresponds to the current week's data and is shown in value
You can change the start and end dates of the dashboard. Likewise, you can switch from a value display to a percentage display.
Any changes made during the day will not be visible in the dashboards until the following day.
B. Office occupancy and occupancy rate.
The first table shows the number of reservations (in value or percentage) made per day in your space.
The second displays the weekly average occupancy rate of your offices.
You can filter these two tables by building and floor.
C. Attendance and Average weekly attendance.
The third dashboard shows you the distribution of reserved statuses over the different days. By default, this table displays all the existing statuses on your Semana space. To delete a status from your dashboard, simply click on the status to the right of the table.
The last dashboard shows the average number of reserved statuses per day of the week. As with the third table, you can suspend certain statuses. These last two tables can be filtered by community. Selecting a community will display the statuses reserved by members of that community, as well as members of related sub-communities.
2. Heat Map and additional data.
Your Semana spaces are also equipped with heat maps, enabling you to identify the most reserved offices. To obtain an export of these maps, you need to make a request on your support button directly in the Semana application.
Similarly, in addition to the information directly available in your Semana space, you can obtain additional data by contacting our teams via the support button.
This additional data can be multiple, such as the collocation index (number of times employees cross paths in a week) or employee engagement with the tool.
